Diagnostics start around £5,000.
Most clients benefit enormously from this activity alone, as it illuminates the most effective areas to prioritise, some of which can be actioned immediately with staff you already have.
For further focused work, clients typically invest between £10,000-£25,000 depending on the complexity of the challenge and implementation support needed.

Diagnostics can be completed within 2 weeks, further focused work typically 4-6 weeks. We design our direct involvement to be concentrated and effective.
We don’t recommend open-ended collaborations, and suggest breaking larger initiatives into manageable phases.
We also offer implementation support.
